Atornillamos todo a su respectivo disipador y ya está listo para realizar las primeras pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;*Terminamos el PCB de la fuente. Es decir que al conectarlo a la línea de 220v,  se puede ajustar el valor de salida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Para realizar las mediciones en vacío conectamos el equipo de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*El Variac se configuró para tener 220v de tensión de salida y se lo conectó al primario del transformador y a uno de los testers seteados para medir tensión en corriente alterna.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Se conectaron los dos extremos del secundario del transformador a otro tester seteado de la misma manera.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Resultado&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tensión en el bobinado primario: 220v&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tensión en los extremos del bobinado secundario: 80v&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 255, 51);font-family:arial;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Valores correctos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Para realizar las mediciones con carga conectamos el equipo de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;*El Variac se configuró para tener 220v de tensión de salida y se lo conectó al primario del transformador y a uno de los testers seteados para medir tensión en corriente alterna.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*El punto medio y uno de los extremos del secundario del transformador se conectaron en paralelo a otro tester seteado de la misma manera y en serie con el amperímetro y los extremos del reostato.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Resultados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tensión en el bobinado primario: 220v&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tensión entre un extremo y el punto medio del bobinado secundario (antes de conectarle la carga): 40v&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tensión entre un extremo y el punto medio del bobinado secundario: 37,5v&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Corriente en el circuito: 6A&lt;/span&gt; Estamos a la espera de que el departamento de compras nos provea de los transistores necesarios para la finalización de la misma.&lt;br /&gt;El disipador vertical al que van adosados los transistores exitadores ya está cortado y listo para colocar sobre la placa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fuente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El diseño de la placa está casi listo. Falta realizar las mediciones de los capacitores de filtrado para agregarlos al PCB.&lt;br /&gt;El puente rectificador elegido es el MB3510 (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/RECTRON/MB352.pdf"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;datasheet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;), el cual irá con su propio disipador debido a la alta corriente que circulará a través del mismo. El artículo del cual sacamos el circuito recomendaba un puente rectificador de alrededor de 35 A y el MB3510 cumplía con las características.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S.I.M.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estamos finalizando el diseño del circuito impreso e investigando acerca de la alimentación que necesitará. (Nuestro proyecto original era el diseño y medición de un par de cajas acústicas de 3 vías, pero la directiva del colegió no aprobó el presupuesto solicitado.
